With 9 offices based across London and the South east we are always looking for new talent and experience to add to our team of professional Carers and support staff. we have a rigorous recruitment process to ensure that our staff are of the highest quality and experience. We conduct face-to-face interviews with all applicants and carry out thorough pre-employment checks. All our staff have to pass an enhanced DBS check prior to joining our team.

At Care Outlook we believe that a confident and happy team leads to higher standards of care. Our Care staff complete ‘Skills for Care’ courses and annual training in: Moving & Handling, Medication, Protection of Adults, Food Hygiene, Health & Safety, Infection Control, Fire Safety and Lone Working. Other courses are available to enable staff to meet the needs of all our service users. All our Care staff have either achieved or are working towards level 2 nationally recognised qualifications. Many have achieved Level 3 and Level 4 management diplomas.
